Ferns provides an AI-powered website builder that generates and hosts websites based on user prompts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
You retain ownership of content you create using Ferns. By using the service, you grant Ferns a license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service. You agree not to use Ferns to create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
Ferns is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
